As America celebrates the Fourth of July and the enduring freedoms secured by generations of U.S. service members, Warrior Rising proudly announces the appointment of Rich Willie, founding attorney at WW Partners, as its new General Counsel.

A Major in the Utah National Guard and a respected member of the Utah Securities Bar, Willie brings deep legal expertise and a lifelong commitment to public service. In his new role, he will help guide Warrior Rising’s national expansion, legal strategy, and corporate partnerships, with a special focus on supporting veteran entrepreneurs in Utah and across the country.

“Veterans don’t stop serving when they take off the uniform,” said Rich Willie. “My time in the National Guard and my work in the legal field have shown me the power of purpose, discipline, and community. Warrior Rising gives veterans a second mission—one rooted in entrepreneurship and leadership—and I’m proud to help guide that mission forward.”

This Independence Day, Warrior Rising is reaffirming its mission to empower those who served. With Rich Willie’s leadership, the organization is poised to deliver greater impact, stronger legal integrity, and broader opportunities for veterans across the nation.
