CBRE announced that Jillian (Johnson) Hanks has joined the Salt Lake City office as Vice President, specializing in office leasing advisory and transaction services.
Hanks comes to CBRE from JLL, where she established herself as a trusted advisor to landlords and developers across the Wasatch Front. She has forged strategic partnerships and worked on a variety of real estate projects, including property conversions, expansions, and ground-up developments. Hanks has also collaborated with companies in the professional services, engineering, tech, legal, consumer product, banking, and finance sectors, helping them expand within the Utah market.
“We are excited to welcome Jillian to our team,” said Erin Laney Barr, Managing Director of CBRE Salt Lake City. “Her extensive experience and proven track record in advising both office owners and occupiers significantly enhances our market presence and enables us to deliver an elevated level of expertise to our clients.”
Hanks holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Utah, where she was a member of the Business Scholars Program. She currently serves on the NAIOP Utah Board of Directors. In 2022, Hanks was named a CCIM Rookie of the Year Finalist, an honor awarded to only three emerging brokers in the state each year.
