With these new team members, The Street Team has enhanced service capabilities. Amber May and Nic strengthen our ability to deliver results, while speeding up the sales process for every class of commercial asset.”
As one of the top-producing commercial real estate brokerage teams in the Intermountain West, The Street Team is on track for a record-breaking year in 2019 – completing over 60 transactions worth more than $34 million in value. These projects ran the gamut of property types, ranging from retail and office leasing to land acquisition, investment and multifamily sales for some of Utah’s largest developers. “The cornerstone of our success is that we always strive to deliver excellent customer service,” says Mary Street, an executive vice president with Colliers. “We never forget that every day we are dealing with other people’s money. Our job is to help them get the most out of every investment. With the addition of Amber May and Nic to our team, we will more than double our presence in the market and further increase our ability to exceed expectations for clients.” Amber May Sheldon joins The Street Team with a marketing and people management background. A recent graduate of the University of Utah with a master’s in real estate development (MRED), Amber excels in financial analysis, development modelling and investment underwriting.
Prior to joining The Street Team, Nic Woods was a top sales professional and manager of warehouse logistics. Nic will focus on tenant representation and project management.
