Congrats! You are one of our Healthcare Heroes Award winners! We are so excited to honor you at our upcoming event, we just need a few things from you to make sure you get all the recognition you deserve.
1. Schedule Your Photo & Video Shoot
You’ll need to visit our office (55 N 300 S Ste #400, Salt Lake City, UT 84101) for a photo shoot and in-person video interview. We will be taking your photo and conducting your interview during the same appointment. Your photo will appear in the print and digital editions of Utah Business and your video will be shown at the awards luncheon (and will later be available online).
Shoots are being held on Tuesday, September 9th and Thursday, September 18th!
What to wear:
- For the photo session, please wear the nicest version of what you typically wear to work. (Scrubs, lab coats, uniforms, etc. Business casual/business professional is also welcome!)
- Feel free to bring props that represent your job if applicable. (Stethoscopes, tools, helmets, etc.)
- Keep in mind the photo backdrop will be green. We recommend staying away from busy patterns and colors that would clash with the backdrop.
- Please wear what makes you feel most confident, even if it doesn’t exactly align with these recommendations!

2. Give Us Your Details
Answer the following questionnaire so our readers can get to know and be inspired by you. Our editorial team will edit your bio for our magazine alongside your photograph and social media links. Please note that whatever you say may be printed in our magazine.
