Colliers Jaden Malan leases new industrial space to Netvision Inc.

Utah— Colliers Utah’s Jaden Malan has been directly involved in leasing efforts and witnessed first-hand the continued strength of Utah’s industrial market. With many companies feeling the economic pains from the recent pandemic, statistics have shown that the demand for quality industrial space in Utah has not been as negatively impacted as other markets.  Companies like Netvision Inc. is another example of a company who is making the strategic decision to expand into the Utah market. Netvision Inc. recently signed a new lease with Beltway Properties in Bingham Business Park located at 6128 West 9790 South, West Jordan, Utah.

According to Colliers International Industrial Specialist, Jaden Malan, who represented both the tenant and landlord in this transaction, “Netvision was excited to expand into Utah, this move will only enhance the company’s growth.”  Malan said, “it is great to see Utah’s resiliency and strong fundamentals and diversification of Utah’s Industrial sector across the Wasatch front and the evolution of companies such as Netvision Inc.”
