Ogden—Locally-owned and operated Bank of Utah is excited to invite Utahns to “show us their Utah” by submitting original color photos of their favorite Utah landscapes, and with their friends and family enjoying those landscapes, in the bank’s fourth annual “My Utah” Photo Contest, May 29 – July 14. The bank is kicking off the contest a little earlier this year and hope many will enjoy participating.

The first-place winner will receive $500 and the winning photo will be featured on an electronic billboard. Second- and third-place winners will receive $300 and $200 respectively. The top three photos, plus nine runners-up, will be showcased in the bank’s annual promotional calendar. All photos may have the opportunity to be highlighted in other Bank of Utah advertising and marketing.

“At Bank of Utah we love to celebrate all that is Utah. Our beautiful mountains, red rocks, shimmering rivers and lakes are breathtaking in and of themselves, but this summer we will have the chance to capture even more beautiful backdrops with the abundance of greenery that will be sure to grace our scenery this year,” said Bank of Utah President Branden Hansen. “I can’t wait to see what Utahns have to show in the photo contest this summer,” he added.

People aged 18 and older are encouraged to post their original color photos of Utah landscapes and/or people enjoying Utah landscapes on Bank of Utah’s gallery page beginning May 29 through July 14. Photos may be in vertical or horizontal orientation. Jpeg format is preferred, and photos must be 300 dpi. Photos should not be significantly altered or include properties or structures owned by a third party. Individuals may enter up to three photos.
