Drawbridge Realty, an investor and operator of strategically important corporate real estate, has executed lease extensions with L3Harris for approximately 150,000 square feet of office and laboratory space at Airport Technology Park in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Other major tenants at the 1.3 million square foot campus adjacent to Salt Lake City International Airport include Myriad Genetics which, last week, signed a 62,737 s.f. expansion and will ultimately occupy approximately 300,000 square feet
L3Harris’ lease extension brings Drawbridge’s 2024 leasing activity in its national portfolio to more than 300,000 s.f. In 2023, Drawbridge Realty scored leasing successes in many of its target markets with leasing activity totaling 569,000 s.f. This followed total leasing activity of over one million square feet in 2022.
