The transaction was facilitated by the company’s experienced team of commercial real estate professionals, who successfully negotiated the sale on behalf of their client. 

Kum & Go, a leading convenience store chain with over 400 locations in 13 states, is actively expanding its operations in the Utah market. With the help of MWCRE, the company was able to secure a prime piece of land in Herriman for its new store location. The land sale transaction was a significant milestone for Kum & Go’s expansion in the southern Salt Lake City area. The company’s growth plans align with its commitment to providing customers with quality products, exceptional service, and a convenient shopping experience while also giving back to the communities they serve.

This will be Kum & Go’s second Herriman location, planned to open later this year. Kum & Go’s first Utah location opened in Draper in December 2022. Their second store, and first located in Herriman, opened earlier this month with several other openings across the market planned for 2023.
