Uno Health and Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy sign new leases.

JLL is proud to announce that two new tenants have signed leases at 310 South Main Street in Salt Lake City. JLL’s Utah-based brokerage team of Jami Marsh, Executive Vice President, Amanda Lawson, Vice President, and Jillian Johnson, Vice President, are excited to welcome Uno Health and Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy to the building.

UNO Health, a cutting-edge telemedicine platform that provides accessible and affordable medical services to individuals and communities, has signed a lease for 8,500 square feet at 310 South Main. 

“They thoughtfully selected this building for its high-tech spec suite that was move-in ready while still providing flexibility to continue growing their team,” said UNO Health representative Jim Balderson.

Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy is a well-respected law firm specializing in corporate immigration law that also signed on a half floor space at 310 South Main. With more than 4,000 employees and a presence in over 50 countries around the world, the firm has signed a long-term lease for office space at 310 South Main, which will serve as their new downtown Salt Lake City HQ. The building’s prime location near the state and federal courthouse, coupled with its professional atmosphere, provides an ideal setting for law firms to conduct their business with ease. Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen, and Loewy was represented by Trigger Reital of Newmark in this transaction.

310 South Main spec suites are designed to meet the demands of organizations of all sizes ranging from 1,500 SF to 16,000 SF.
