Salt Lake City — InMoment®, the leading provider of Experience Improvement (XI)™, announced it has been named on the Women Tech Council (WTC) 2021 Shatter List, a list that honors companies with active programs and policies that help break the glass ceiling for women in technology. InMoment was chosen based on their development and successful implementation of measures that create gender-inclusive cultures where women can contribute and succeed.
“InMoment is passionate about inclusion and diversity in our workplace and being named on the Shatter List for the fourth consecutive year is evidence of our continued commitment,” said Wendy Rand, InMoment Chief Human Resources Officer. “The company is invested in the success of this cultural initiative and considers inclusion and diversity to be crucial in our pursuit of excellence in experience improvement.”
InMoment was specifically recognized for its Women of InMoment program. The program has three initiatives: connect, educate, and impact. InMoment hosted several internal networking events throughout the year to connect employees across the globe during a work from home period. The Activating Leadership Sessions launched to inspire women to seek out and step up to opportunities to lead others by learning from the executive leaders in the company. Women of InMoment also participated in Girls in Tech Day and have continued to support inclusivity in the technology community. In 2020, InMoment was recognized by Forbes as one of the Best Employers for Women, and InMoment’s Chief Marketing Officer, Kristi Knight, was awarded one of eight Women of the Year by Utah Business Magazine.
The Shatter List is part of WTC’s diversity and inclusion programs and commitment to help build high-performing environments where men and women can succeed and drive company success. To make the Shatter List, InMoment was evaluated and scored against hundreds of technology companies on four key criteria: executive engagement, company programming, community investment and women’s or D&I groups. Each company was required to demonstrate active, visible activities at all organizational levels that showed commitment and progress in these four areas.
