What professional achievements are you most proud of?

I’m proud that we built a company so unique and uncommon to the industry we serve that we had to create our own category within the industry because of these differences. It is a positive difference we feel other companies should and will follow.

Looking back, is there anything you wish you had known when you first became a CEO?

I wish I knew to put a larger emphasis on consistent training. It’s better to be 100 percent at two or three things than 70 percent at seven or eight things. You can’t train something once every six months and expect your team to absorb and perfect it.
