What key principles guide your leadership style?

Purpose—the fundamental “why” behind my actions—not only fuels motivation but also fosters a profound sense of meaning, which creates stability during storms. Curiosity, or an insatiable thirst for knowledge and innovation, uncovers interesting ways to navigate an ever-evolving landscape. Tenacity, a relentless commitment to push through challenges and setbacks, forges a path toward success regardless of the status quo.

How do you define success for yourself and your company?

In the end, all that will matter is what we do with what we have. For me, when it comes to building companies, “success” isn’t about securing investors or achieving rapid growth but rather the lasting impact we create on the problem we set out to solve: getting a nurse to the bedside of every patient in need. Every company can do more with more, but only the most exceptional ones can do more with less. It underscores the importance of using limited resources wisely, leveraging innovation and building sustainable solutions that address real needs.
