Bear Lake — BCC Construction will complete construction on the first set of units for a 350-unit resort condotel, Water’s Edge in Bear Lake, Utah. The developer, Chris Shurian, envisioned an exciting vacation destination on the beautiful clear blue, spring-fed waters of Bear Lake. The project will include an indoor water park with a pool and a lazy river, an amphitheater, coffee shop, food court, shopping, a spa, and an arcade.

“Bear Lake is a true year-round destination,” says Aaron Grennon, president of BCC Construction. “There is a ski resort within fifteen minutes of the lake if you’re here in the winter, and if you’re here in the summer, the lake offers a multitude of activities, including boating, jet skiing, and playing on the beautiful sandy shores. Plus, the resort itself is already full of activities that can be enjoyed any time of the year.”

The project will include 110 sellable condos and 240 lockouts with all walnut cabinets, quartz countertops, hardwood floors, high ceilings, and fireplaces. It is two hours north of Salt Lake City, Utah, tucked high in the Rocky Mountains on the Utah-Idaho border.

Construction is expected to be complete in April 2024.
