Salt Lake City—Colliers today announced that Brandon Goodman and Nate Monson have joined the firm. The move comes as Utah’s largest commercial real estate brokerage strengthens and expands its investment and retail services offering.

Goodman and Monson together specialize in the investment and divestment of retail shopping centers with over $500 Million in sold properties since 2019, capped off by the disposition of a $43 Million multi-state retail portfolio sold to close out 2021. While the team specializes in retail shopping centers, they also provide brokerage strategy for industrial, multifamily, office, and mobile home properties. In 2021, CCIM Utah recognized Goodman as one of Utah’s top four investment brokers.
