Kerby’s outstanding, unrivaled reputation, and network has allowed Big-D Signature to become the largest contractor in the region, renowned for its craftsman-style, luxury residential builds and prominent commercial projects.

“I’m incredibly proud of the team that we have built and the pride they take in completing each project with the highest quality standards while keeping the project on schedule and on budget,” said Kerby. “Our commitment goes beyond our clients, our commitment is to the entire community to be involved, to give back, and to make a positive impact. I look forward to continuing to build upon Signature’s success and work hand-in-hand with the team to carry on the exceptional services that we are known for.”

Besides his celebrated success with Big-D Signature, Kerby has also been a vital part of its Board of Directors for the last two years, serving to pilot Big-D’s overall Family of Companies’ direction. “Mike has been an integral and transformational part of the growth and progress of Big-D Companies, especially within Big-D Signature,” said Rob Moore, CEO of Big-D Construction. “I’m confident that his extensive experience in construction services and managing people will help Big-D Signature continue to grow as an industry leader and lead each project to total success.”

For nearly 20 years, Big-D Signature’s residential and commercial building teams have been quietly, but passionately, perfecting their craft across the intermountain west, and from coast to coast. Born from Jack Livingood’s vision of providing second-to-none services for resorts and private estate customers to create a true mountain resort community, it is now one of the premier construction companies in the country. The team has developed best-in-class processes to manage each project, all while delivering a personal touch to ensure the dream becomes reality.
