Argent Empire Pass Project sells out in near-record time
Park City — East West Partners, a Colorado-based developer devoted to building, selling, managing, and supporting high-quality real estate and life experiences, announced today that Argent Empire Pass, its ski-in/ski-out community of just 27 residences in Deer Valley, has officially sold out. The purchase of the last available residence occurred in late March, just 15 short months since sales began in January 2020 and prior to completion of the project.
“We really haven’t seen this kind of activity in the market in a long time,” says Bill Fiveash, managing partner of East-West Partners overseeing Argent. “We would normally expect project sell out to take a full 36 months and to sell our final residence after delivery of the building.”
Argent Empire Pass is a condominium resort community consisting of 27 private ski-in/ski-out residences combined with an array of recreational and social amenities as well as accommodating personal services. Part of the larger master-planned ski community of Deer Valley, Argent is situated on the upper slopes of the resort. The six-level building offers a collection of two-, three and four-bedroom residences plus two Penthouses, all designed with four-season living in mind including open, flowing living room, kitchen, and dining room for easy entertaining; banquette style dining rooms; view decks with extra space for outdoor gathering; en-suite bedrooms and more.
The average sale price for the 27 residences was $3.5M. More than 35 percent of buyers for Argent residences were upgrading from other properties they have enjoyed in Park City for many years. Another 35 percent of buyers hailed from California and the remainder represent a variety of other states including Florida, New York, Washington, and Georgia, among others.
“Whether due to the COVID bump that is driving sales in resort areas across the country or an increased interest in Park City as a destination, this is just extraordinary success,” says Fiveash. “We are particularly thrilled to see so many buyers that already have experience in the market finding that Argent is a better fit for how they want to spend their time in Park City.”
Argent is slated to completed in early 2022.
