Lehi— Tranont is pleased to announce the addition of Courtland Pearson as chief sales officer. Pearson brings to the company nearly 30 years of international business experience and significant leadership success in the network-marketing industry.

“Courtland has worked closely with field leaders throughout the course of his career and has executed impactful strategies, programs and processes that have facilitated growth and expansion in many international markets,” says Tranont COO Russ Losee. “His attention to detail and his connection with field leaders of all levels makes him an incredibly valuable addition to our team.”

Pearson began his career with an industry giant, living and working in Japan during that company’s remarkable long-term growth there. He’s eager to partner with Tranont leaders in taking the company to new heights. “I’m passionate about helping people reach their potential and achieve their dreams,” says Pearson. “Tranont is firmly poised to fulfill our mission to positively impact 1 billion lives over our first 20 years, and I’m excited to help make it happen.”

Pearson is working with Tranont’s established Associate leaders, building out an aggressive schedule of events, activities and promotions for growth.
