Congrats! You are one of our CEO of the Year Award winners! We are thrilled to honor you at our upcoming event, we just need a few things from you to make sure you get all the recognition you deserve.
1. Schedule Your Photo & Video Shoot
You’ll need to visit our office (55 N 300 S Ste #400, Salt Lake City, UT 84101) for a photo shoot and in-person video interview. We will be taking your photo and conducting your interview during the same appointment. Your photo will appear in the print and digital editions of Utah Business and your video will be shown at the awards luncheon (and will later be available online). This is a great opportunity for you to get in front of (and network with) your peers.
Shoots are being held on Tuesday, January 28th and Thursday, February 6th.
For this shoot, all honorees should wear white, black, gray, and/or red.

2. Give Us Your Details
Answer the following questions so our readers can get to know and be inspired by you. We’ll pick our favorite of your answers to edit and place in our magazine alongside your photograph and social media links. Please note that whatever you say may be printed in our magazine.
