Shawn Nelson founded Lovesac in 1998 and is currently serving on the board of directors. He is also the company’s CEO and lead designer of Lovesac’s patented products. Shawn leads sourcing, creative, design, public relations, investor relations and culture. In 2005, he won Richard Branson's “The Rebel Billionaire” on Fox and continues participating in ongoing TV appearances. Shawn has a master's degree in strategic design and management and is a graduate-level instructor at The New School in New York City. He is also fluent in Mandarin.
