About Lacy Gadegaard West Lacy Gadegaard West is the founder and CEO of Laced Hair Extensions and is a mom and philanthropist in addition to being a successful business owner and entrepreneur. Laced Hair Extensions have been featured in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and covered by Cosmopolitan and Glamour, Behind The Chair Hair Show, Swim Week in Miami, Forbes, Mane Addicts, Bustle and other premier runway events. Lacy has a huge heart and has always loved giving back. She currently sits on the board of the Multiple Sclerosis Society Idaho-Utah-Nevada Chapter. As a hairstylist and philanthropist, Lacy loves to help other women feel their best. She founded the Laced Hair Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that gives beautiful hair and confidence to those who need it.
