With a proven track record in customer experience, M&A, strategy and operations, she has successfully overseen multimillion dollar business acquisitions and cross-functional teams of 70+ across five countries. Prior to her investment career, she co-founded Fuzeplay and played a pivotal role in shaping Utah's startup ecosystem as the co-founder of the Silicon Slopes Founder Chapter. As a former vice president of global customer experience, Kristy managed all post-sales operations for two private equity firms and across multiple portfolio companies. She has received multiple industry awards for operational excellence. Kristy is a devoted mother of three and an outdoor enthusiast, albeit with admittedly mediocre frisbee-throwing skills.
