Wencor Group Moves Operations to Provo

Provo—Colliers International’s Utah County industrial team announced that Wencor Group, an aeronautics manufacturing company, is moving its Utah operations to Provo. Josh Martin, James Bullington, Dan Donaldson and Brandon Huntsman facilitated the sale.

Wencor Group leased 65,000 square feet of specialty manufacturing industrial space along Mountain Vista Parkway in the Iron Vista Development in Provo from Chris McKay and IronVista Partners.

“This was a complex deal that took a full team effort.  It was a significant amount of work to design and plan for precision manufacturing, lab space and necessary power and mechanical requirements.” said Martin. “Chris McKay, the general partner of IronVista Development, was great to work with and was committed to getting the deal done and done right.  Wencor was also amazing. Wencor is a great company with a great culture and is an amazing asset to Utah County.”

Wencor Group has been a partner in aerospace for over 60 years, offering design and development, repairs and an extensive network of distribution solutions to help make flights safer and more cost effective. They are headquartered in Atlanta with additional offices across the globe.

Mountain Vista Industrial Park was once the location of several thriving steel mills built in the 1920s but is now home to a large development of industrial and office buildings along the South end of Provo.
