Salt Lake City—Tanner LLC is pleased to announce a new Integrated Global Solutions Practice focused on international tax, transfer pricing and accounting services. The Practice will be led by Derek Drysdale, Mark Madrian and Nancy Voth who will base the global practice from the offices of Tanner in Salt Lake City, Utah. 

The new global service will advise multinational companies on a wide range of transfer pricing, cross-border tax and valuation issues, including: Global tax and transfer pricing planning and documentation; tax-efficient supply chain planning; intangible property valuations; operational transfer pricing; cost-sharing; Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs); audit defense; Competent Authority matters; and, FIN 48 / ASC 740 compliance.

Mark brings more than twenty-five years of transfer pricing experience, having worked in both consulting and in-house transfer pricing roles at Ernst & Young, KPMG and Procter & Gamble Corporation. He has advised companies across a spectrum of industries – including technology, retail and consumer products, biotech/pharma, and manufacturing. Mark has also been recognized by Euromoney as one of the leading transfer pricing economists in North America. Mark earned his undergraduate degree in public policy and economics from Brigham Young University and completed his MPA in finance and management at the George Washington University.

Nancy Voth, Ph.D., CFA, served as Managing Director of Global Transfer Pricing and Valuation at a boutique consulting firm where she managed all aspects of complex transfer pricing engagements to assist multinational clients in designing, developing, valuing, implementing, documenting, and defending global transfer pricing strategies. In addition to her experience at boutique transfer pricing consulting firms, she also worked as a Director of Transfer Pricing at a Seattle based travel company, and as a Senior Manager in Transfer Pricing at Deloitte Tax. Nancy holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, MN;  a Master of International Management from American Graduate School of International Management, Glendale, AZ. an undergraduate degree in Economics/Political Science from Drew University.
