I never planned to be a banker, but I’m fortunate to have an enriching career focused on developing relationships and helping people achieve their goals. I have learned and grown so much through the leadership opportunities I have had.

Someone I admire deeply once told me, “We are all just walking each other home.” It might seem cheesy, but I believe we have an inescapable obligation to help each other. If you take that mentality, then org charts, work priorities and internal battles all fall away; you’re left with what really matters: helping people achieve incredible results.

Davy Ratchford has been a transformative leader at Snowbasin Resort since 2018. Under his guidance, Snowbasin has undergone significant capital improvements, including the addition of four new chairlifts, refined mountain restaurants and extensive parking expansions; these initiatives have aggressively increased the resort’s capacity and accessibility.

Andrew Gale joined LVT in May 2019 as its first official CFO. Since then, Andrew has been instrumental in scaling the company from an ARR (annual recurring revenue) of $4 million to nearly $250 million today. Under his stewardship, the financial team has grown from 3 to 17 members, supporting LVT’s trajectory as a leading force in mobile surveillance solutions.

I’m a big proponent of giving people the resources and tools to do great things while providing enough direction and freedom for them to succeed. Everyone wants to add value and contribute to success; my job as a leader is to remove barriers, cheer them on and help ensure they know where we’re going.

I have been working on behalf of animals my entire career. Two things have been incredibly rewarding. The first is we are ending the killing of adoptable pets in shelters; Utah is on the verge of being no-kill. The second is engaging people to be the lifesaving solution.

As COO of SheMoney, Madison Limansky collaborates with founder Jacki Zehner to advance initiatives focusing on women’s financial health and personal agency. She spearheads impactful events like the SheMoney Summit, which supports all who attend on their journey to financial freedom.

Jenny McCallum has established herself as a formidable leader in the venture capital industry, elevating Mercato Partners to a prominent position as a leading growth equity partner across the heartland of the United States. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in integrity and accountability, focusing on long-term success over short-term wins.
