Salt Lake City — Woodbury Corporation, a full-service real estate management, and development company, announced the opening of its new Mid-west office in Omaha, Nebraska, and its director, Josh Berger.

Woodbury Corporation has developed, managed and/or partnered in many successful mixed-use, commercial, residential and office developments in several mid-west states including Missouri, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Kansas, South Dakota and Nebraska.  The most recent development is in partnership with the University of Kentucky on its new research building on the Coldstream Research Campus, which is scheduled to open in early 2022.

Josh Berger is returning to Woodbury Corporation to direct the new office. Having first worked at the company in 2008, he has since worked to develop many different types of real estate projects, gained experience and developed relationships.  Now back at Woodbury Corporation, his primary role is to find and evaluate real estate development opportunities, seek out potential investments and public/private partnerships, and build strong relationships in the communities there.
