The Outlets at Traverse Mountain See Growth in 2019 Retail Market

Silicon Slopes — As 2019 concludes, the Outlets at Traverse Mountain end a year of remarkable growth, expanding at a higher rate than the national average and adding an additional 17,531 sq.ft. in new retailers. This growth comes at a time when many other brick-and-mortar retail malls are stagnant or declining, making the Outlets a rare exception in the market. This expansion has opened doors for high-end companies like Vera Bradley to join the growing list of stores at the Outlets, as well as other new companies and online shops that are moving from digital to physical locations.

Shoppers can expect to find the following exciting new additions that will add to their shopping experience at the Outlets:

Vera Bradley opened their very first Utah location at Traverse Mountain. Best known for their iconic prints and smart styles, Vera Bradley is a leading designer of women’s handbags, travel items and accessories. Their designs are beautiful, detailed, high quality and functional.

Volcom, the skate, surf and swimwear store, joined the Outlets as the only Volcom store in Utah County. Volcom is founded on creativity and sustainability with their motto, “True to this.” Their product lines reflect their brand values.

Their company is formed with the belief that beautiful, high-quality clothing can be affordable to all.  Their clothes are made with organic cotton that is free from pesticides and insecticides. Their goal is to help protect farmers, their communities and the earth.

Ariat stores are also new to Utah, with their first location opening within the last month at the Outlets. Ariat was founded as “The New Breed of Boot.” They were the first boot company to integrate athletic footwear technology into their boots, specifically with equestrian athletes in mind. They offer a variety of innovative and quality performance products geared towards outdoor and work environments.

Blush Lane, an online boutique, opened their first brick-and-mortar storefront this month.  The boutique was created with a focus on a love for fashion, design and affordability.-more-Black Diamond is the ideal outdoor retailer for climbers and skiers.
