Salt Lake City—The commercial real estate firm CBRE, Inc. announced today that Brian Anderson and Sara Pickett have joined its Salt Lake City office as retail brokerage specialists. Working as a team, their primary focus will be on retail clients looking to lease new space or expand their business along the Wasatch Front, though they have licenses spanning Utah, Idaho and Washington. Brian Anderson has joined the Salt Lake City office as a vice president over retail services; he has worked in the real estate industry since 2007. Brian works in landlord leasing representation and tenant site selection, but is also very skilled in redevelopment and investment transactions. He has completed multiple transactions with Fortune 500 companies and national retailers. Most recently, Brian served as a vice president in the Salt Lake City office of JLL. Sara Pickett has joined as a client services specialist working alongside Brian and overseeing client relations and marketing for the team. In addition to real estate, her background includes content marketing and community outreach. Sara has a bachelor’s degree from Weber State University and is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Utah.
