Congratulations! You have been named one of our 2025 Best Companies to Work For! We are so excited to honor you at our event on December 11th, we just need a few things from you to make sure you get all the recognition you deserve.

Fill out the form below so our readers can get to know you. Your information will be placed in our magazine alongside your social media links. Please note that whatever you say may be printed in our magazine. If you have trouble viewing the form below, you can also access it by clicking here.
We will play a brief video at the awards banquet illustrating what makes your company great to work for. You have two options for submitting your video content.
Option 1
Provide a completed video. It must be approximately 45 seconds in length.
Please also attach an ai or eps version of your logo.
PLEASE DO NOT ADD MUSIC! Our team will be adding an intro slide, outro slide, and music throughout. Your video will be batched with other winners within your company size cateogry, so it is critical to NOT INCLUDE MUSIC!
Option 2
Provide elements so our video team can make your video.
Here’s what we need:
- Up to 2 minutes of on-camera sound bites explaining why the company is so great. We are encouraging several short clips from different people that can be edited together. You may use a smartphone, digital camera, or even your webcam over Zoom for the recording. We are looking for spontaneity and enthusiasm. Horizontal orientation of the camera is preferred. Please record in HD.
- IMPORTANT WHEN RECORDING SOUND BITES: Position the camera 3-5 feet from your subject. The microphone on the camera will pick up the sound much better. Avoid noisy areas. You may also submit audio recordings for the sound bites.
- 8 different photos depicting what make the company great to work for. These may be existing photos or pictures taken specifically for this video. Horizontal orientation is preferred at a minimum resolution of 2400×1600.
- An ai or eps version of your logo
