Salt Lake City — Tammy J. Rivera, managing partner of BKD CPAs & Advisors’ Colorado-Salt Lake City practice offices, announces the promotions of Ashley Dubaj, Camish Jones, and Brian Nielsen to senior manager, effective April 1, 2021.

Career paths at BKD are divided into levels, and each position is defined by its own set of duties, responsibilities and competencies requiring cumulative and advanced degrees of education, training and experience. Personnel also must demonstrate their leadership abilities as coaches and mentors, as well as take an active role in their community. Individuals become candidates for promotion after successfully mastering their existing level.

Ashley Dubaj is a member of BKD’s accounting outsourcing team.  She provides outsourced accounting, consulting and advisory services for closely held organizations and their shareholders.  She is a 2012 graduate of the University of Mary, Bismarck, North Dakota, with a B.S. degree in accounting and business administration.

Camish Jones is a member of BKD’s National Health Care Group and provides consulting services for health care entities.  Jones experience includes working with skilled nursing facilities, rural health clinics and hospice providers among others.  She is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University with a B.S.B.A degree in Human Resource Management.

Brian Nielsen is a member of BKD’s accounting and auditing team and has more than 15 years of experience providing assurance services to clients.  He is a graduate of Weber State University, Ogden, with a bachelor’s degree and masters of professional accountancy degree.
