Kurt Workman is the CEO of Owlet Baby Care based in Lehi, Utah. Owlet works towards a future where every parent, new and expecting, has access to better tools and information at the right time to care for their baby in the home. Kurt co-founded Owlet with a team of passionate parents in 2013 with a mission to revolutionize the way we care for our infants. Their most important accomplishment has been helping hundreds of families be there for their child when it mattered most. Owlet has garnered many recognitions and awards including Best Baby Monitor of 2017, The Bump's Best in Baby Tech, listed as Forbes "Next Billion Dollar Company" and as founders on their "30 under 30" list. The company also recently won 3 innovation awards at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES). Kurt attended Brigham Young University where he met his co-founders in the Crocker Innovation Fellows program and studied Chemical Engineering. Kurt is married to Shea and the couple have three children.
