Kimo Mack is a former bus driver turned restaurateur. Fifteen years ago, he co-founded Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food in Utah with his brother, Kalani Mack, inspired by the family recipes they were raised on in Hawai’i. After opening and operating six successful locations, the Mack brothers partnered with Savory Fund in 2018 and have since grown Mo’ Bettahs to 42 locations across six states, with 30 additional locations already in development.
