Accomplishments: Kasey Webster began her career as an evening receptionist at Larry H. Miller Chevrolet Murray at the age of 17. By the age of 22, she was a finance and insurance manager at the LHM Cadillac store. She continued to work her way up in the organization and is now the only female general manager in the 60-plus dealership organization. She helmed the LHM Chevrolet Murray story for several years and led it to become the No. 1 Chevrolet dealership in Utah.
Advice to young women considering the automotive industry: “Just do it,” Webster says. She acknowledges there are not a lot of women in the industry, but says women can really succeed there. “People love to buy from women, they really do. They love that different atmosphere and the personality that women bring to it. Women would do so well, the more of them that come into the automotive industry.”
What she enjoys most about her work: “We have so many different benefits that we really get to make sure [our employees] really grow. Now, as I get a little further in my career, I love being able to take all of my employees and help them to be able to further their career.”
