Wells Fargo Tower Gets a Facelift

The Wells Fargo tower at 3800 Howard Hughes Pkwy in Las Vegas, Nevada is undergoing a major renovation of two floors by R&O Construction Company. The common areas will be remodeled and all finishes in the elevator lobby, restrooms and egress corridors will be replaced. The project consists of improvements of approximately 1900 square ft. on the 15th floor and 1500 square ft. on the 6th floor. Construction on the 6th floor will take place before normal business hours and will not involve vacating the floor. R&O is working on a tight schedule and conducting simultaneous floor construction so that the entire renovation will be completed by the end of March.

The project is being run out of R&O Construction’s Las Vegas, Nevada office. This year R&O is celebrating 30 years in the business of commercial construction. Their project portfolio includes numerous large and small renovations and remodels.
