Our Town Hall Meeting will consist of Utah State Legislators discussing matters impacting Commercial Real Estate and Property Management issues and laws in affect such as: Leasehold Depreciation; Capital Gains Tax; as well as Water Supply, SB 221; Liquor Licenses, etc.
