On gender: “I think women enjoy collaboration and therefore gain the diverse opinions, wisdom of teamwork to create effective strategies, process and engagement to effectively and efficiently be successful. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills also enable women to … inspire others to be their personal best. Maybe it’s a nurturing trait, but whether mentoring, sponsorship, supporting or giving guidance, many women have a strong desire to help others learn and grow in their careers and life.”

Motivation: “Service to others. It’s so motivating to see others become successful and making a positive difference in our community.”
