Xi3 Corporation Signs Distribution Agreement with D&H Distributing

Press Release

June 25, 2012

Xi3 Corporation announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with D&H Distributing, Inc.

Under terms of the agreement, Xi3 Modular Computers will soon be available from DandH.com for resale by VARs, Solution Providers, System Integrators, Resellers, Dealers, Installers, Education Resellers, Campus Resellers, College Bookstores or K12 Schools.

“We are pleased to partner with D&H as a distributor of the Xi3 Modular Computer and other Xi3 products,” said Jason A. Sullivan, Xi3 founder and president. “The reason D&H has been around for nearly 100 years is that they really know the world of technology distribution. We look forward to working with the D&H team to help take the Xi3 Modular Computer and future Xi3 products to channel partners everywhere.”

According to Xi3, the design, adaptability and energy efficiency of the Xi3 Modular

Computer make it the smallest, fastest, longest-lasting and lowest total cost x86-based computer on the planet. The top three features/benefits of the Xi3 Modular Computer are:

  • A new x86-based design comprised of 3 interconnected miniature boards that gives customers the ability to add new functionality by replacing a mini-board to extend the life of an Xi3 Modular Computer.
  • An ecofriendly 20 Watts to operate versus 100—400 Watts for most desktop computers means the energy savings alone could pay for each Xi3 Modular Computer.
  • A very small form factor for an x86-based computer (~4 inches or less per side, for an internal volume of less than 40 cubic inches). Each Xi3 Modular Computer takes up very little space, whether used on a desk or table, in a server rack or embedded into a larger system.

“We’re happy to be working with Xi3, to help them take their unique and powerful products to market,” said Jeff Davis, senior vice president of sales at D&H Distributing. “We’re expecting big things from this company and its small form factor computers, which are proving to be a cost-effective and in-demand format, especially in the SMB marketplace. D&H likes offering innovative products to its resellers, and this line certainly delivers unique innovation."
