Wilson Electronics (www.WilsonElectronics.com) has been approved as an associate member of the Competitive Carriers Association (CCA), formerly known as the Rural Cellular Association, an association for competitive wireless service providers.
Wilson attended the industry association’s 2012 annual convention this week where the company exhibited its line of signal boosting solutions at the Wynn Las Vegas.
“Wilson has worked hand-in-hand with cellular carriers throughout North America for years,” said Laine Matthews, director of business development at Wilson. “We’re glad to now formalize that relationship with membership in the CCA. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial association.”
The company’s line of signal boosters has proven through hundreds of thousands of installations to improve subscriber satisfaction with wireless service at home, in the office or on the go.
Wilson boosters incorporate field tested cell site protection techniques that prevent interference with any nearby cell tower. Several cellular carriers have joined with Wilson to propose these site protection safeguards to the Federal Communications Commission as industry standards for all consumer signal boosters.
