Salt Lake City—Western States Lodging, LLC, has announced a new high-rise senior living community project, Legacy Village of Sugar House.
The high-rise center will be located at approximately 1214 East Wilmington Ave. in Sugar House and will include retail space, a parking structure and additional levels dedicated to senior housing and services.
Legacy Village will serve three distinct senior living market segments: independent living, assisted living and memory care. The community will provide multiple services to residents, including daily activities, restaurant-style dining, decorated living areas and a variety of apartment floor plans. For those who need additional help, specially-trained caregivers will provide assistance with medications and other activities of daily life.
“Legacy Village of Sugar House will provide a valuable service to our residents, their families and the local community,” said WSLM partner Paul Fairholm.
Legacy Village of Sugar House will be the eleventh senior community built and managed by Western States Lodging & Management.
Development partners include Woodbury Corporation, Dee’s Inc., and the Colmena Group.
