VLCM announced that it has been designated an HP Managed Print Specialist, a designation that enables VLCM to invite HP printing experts to meet with their customers to help create and implement customized strategies that optimize their printing environments.
“The HP Managed Print Service offering will be very beneficial for our customers,” said Jeremy Morgan, VLCM Managed Services manager. “Our customers will now experience benefits of working directly with HP print experts. We’re very excited about extending this new service to them.”
HP Managed Print Specialists follow a three-step approach when working with customers. They begin by assessing the customer’s current technology setup, as well as the customer’s business needs. Next, HP provides recommendations for optimizing the customer’s print environment. Last, HP offers suggestions for solutions to further automate and enhance the customer’s overall print strategy. Through the process, HP and VLCM can simplify many of the complexities of managing how employees print and process digital documents. This process also allows the team to implement the secure printing practices required to maintain regulatory compliance.
“This service offering will be a game changer for our partners and their customers,” said Bill Avey, vice president of HP’s Partner Managed Print Services program. “Organizations can improve their business efficiencies while significantly reducing printing costs by working together with HP to manage their print environments – a savings that will ultimately help free up funding to invest in other IT projects or software upgrades.”
