West Valley City – Verizon Wireless has renewed its lease on a 190,122-square-foot space at Parkway Center, located at 2737 S. Corporate Park Drive in West Valley City. JLL represented the building owner. Parkway Center is managed by Washington Capital Management, Inc.
“Washington Capital attracts and maintains high-profile tenants looking for top-of-the-line space in United States’ most vibrant areas,” said Jenny Gage vice president of Washington Capital Management. “Parkway Center offers a suitable environment for Verizon as it has an existing call center infrastructure.”
“The Salt Lake Metro area continues to be one of the best choices in the country for a call center facility,” said Jim Balderson, senior vice president o JLL. “This transaction mirrors a trend that we will see more of as 2014 progresses; large companies similar to Verizon are looking to capitalize on the great opportunities that exist in Utah for expansion and continued growth.”
