NAI WEST has completed a 15-year sale-leaseback of the Twinlab Building in American Fork. This 161,657 square foot facility will continue to be home of Twinlab’s sport registered facility, where they manufacture, package and distribute over 600 premium products.
Executive Vice President Bryce Blanchard, Reed Bromley and Craig Gardner of NAI WEST represented Twinlab, and agent Brandon Wood of NAI WEST represented buyer JL Properties.
“It was a pleasure to assist Twinlab to take advantage of a robust sale-leaseback market,” Blanchard said. “After several offers, we selected JL Properties out of Alaska to be our transaction partner. All parties worked together seamlessly to produce the desired outcome."
Twinlab manufactures a variety of nutraceutical and sports nutrition products under its namesake brand, as well as Metabolife diet and energy products, Alvita herbal teas and Nature’s Herbs supplements. Its products are sold in more than 55 countries.
