For the third time, Training magazine has ranked Mountain America Credit Union as one of the Top 125 providers of employer-sponsored workforce training and development.
“Simply put, better-trained employees make for happier members,” said Suzanne Oliver, senior vice president of educational services and governmental affairs for Mountain America. “Our members come first, and our employees are right there with them. We are committed to developing a stellar customer service team, and this Top 125 ranking is a rewarding validation of that commitment. It follows the feedback we receive from our satisfied members.”
Each Top 125 company was measured on quantitative and qualitative data. Factors influencing the rankings included training tied to business objectives, demonstrable results, number of trainers, employee turnover and retention, leadership development, tuition assistance, training technology and infrastructure, certification, and training budget and percentage of payroll.
