West Valley City — The Salt Lake City office of CBRE has announced that three leases totaling 160,985 square feet have been signed at Legacy at Lake Park. Scott Wilmarth and Nadia Letey of CBRE represented the landlord, Talcott, Corp., in each of the transactions.
Located in West Valley City, Legacy at Lake Park consists of two office buildings totaling 199,172 square feet. The project is now 95 percent occupied, and 10,708 square feet remaining to be leased.
“Legacy at Lake Park offers many on-site conveniences, ranging from food services, to showers and bike lockers,” Wilmarth said. “The site provides the amenities that today’s work force expects.”
EVault, a backup and recovery company, renewed its lease of 35,232 square feet. Stoneriver, an insurance technology company, also renewed its lease, totaling 26,592 square feet. The largest lease, consisting of 99,159 square feet, was a new lease for an undisclosed company, which was represented by Marty Plunkett, Melissa McIntyre and Dave Heninger of CBRE.
Constructed in 2000, Legacy at Lake Park was the first multi-building office complex in Utah to receive LEED-EB (existing building) certification. The complex includes plans for a third building, Legacy III at Lake Park. A construction commencement date for this building has not yet been finalized.
