Thirty of Utah’s Most Successful Women Honored During Annual Event

By Rachel Madison

May 23, 2014

Thirty women who are shaping Utah’s future with their ambition and hard work were honored Thursday during Utah Business’ annual 30 Women to Watch event. Each woman walked the red carpet to the stage to receive her award after a video presentation highlighted her achievements in both work and life.

Lelani Craig, president of CommGap International Language Services, said in her video portion that success is all about motivation and hard work.

“When you work hard and you go after your goals, you will find the motivation you need,” she said.

Ruth Green, senior vice president of operations at Primary Residential Mortgage, said in her video portion that over the years, she’s learned it’s important to always be courageous.

“Be willing to take responsibility, and you’ll be more comfortable making decisions and you’ll be confident,” she said.

Rikki Hrenko, CEO of Enefit Americal Oil, said for her, the most important thing she’s noticed in herself and those around her is how important it is to always stay engaged in whatever project you’re working on.

“Have a realistic understanding of what you bring to the table, and you’ll find success,” she said.
