The Summit Director & Officer Training Conference Announces Speakers

The Summit Director & Officer Training Conference (Summit) is an annual forum dedicated to helping the boards of public, pre-IPO, and private companies improve corporate governance and best practices. Summit will be held at the Montage in Deer Valley, Utah on December 6-7, 2012. Registration is now open for this event.
