Salt Lake City – The Coffee Shop restaurant, inside the Little America Hotel reopened following a complete renovation and redesign that began in April 2013.
The renovation is property-wide. All first floor public spaces, including the Coffee Shop restaurant, lobby lounge, and retail space have undergone a complete update.
“We’ve completely remodeled The Coffee Shop without losing the warm, welcoming and hospitable atmosphere both locals and visitors alike enjoy,” said Ed Box, general manager of the hotel.
The indoor area will seat 200 and feature wall murals of historic Salt Lake City, the original Little America, and Sinclair Oil. An outdoor patio area with seating for 60 and a fireplace will also be part of the renovation.
The Dining Room, Sports Lounge, and Tower rooms are scheduled to undergo a complete transformation as well in the first quarter of 2014.
