Salt Lake City — Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in Park City has announced the expansion of its luxury real estate brand with a new 40-agent firm in Salt Lake City.
In addition, Summit Sotheby’s International Realty recently welcomed Bob Welsh as managing broker and Bryan Kohler as vice president of business development of the new Salt Lake office.
“Summit Sotheby’s International Realty’s new Salt Lake office will be key to capitalizing on Utah’s rebounding real estate industry and strengthening our marketing and sales efforts throughout the state,” said Thomas Wright, president and CEO of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty.
The company celebrated with a grand opening event the new location at 2455 East Parley’s Way, Suite 240.
