StorageCraft Adds Options to Training Program

StorageCraft Technology Corporation, a provider of backup, disaster recovery, system migration and data protection solutions for servers, desktops and laptops, now offers more options to make it easier and more affordable for partners to participate in StorageCraft education opportunities.

The StorageCraft Training & Certification program ensures that sales and technical professionals can receive the training they need to sell, configure, and manage the complete line of StorageCraft backup and disaster recovery solutions and services.

“We want to give our partners the opportunity to train in the easiest way possible. The new virtual classroom option will give them the benefit of participating in an instructor-led training environment without putting their businesses on hold,” said Oyvind Ragnhildstveit, senior director of professional services for StorageCraft.

The StorageCraft Professional course has transitioned from a face-to-face instructor-led course to a virtual classroom (online) format, which is also instructor-led, allowing partners to participate in the foundational course without leaving their offices.

The foundational course is available online in one- or two-day formats. The advanced course, StorageCraft Engineer, will continue to be delivered in a face-to-face classroom format.

In addition to modifying the delivery of the Professional course, StorageCraft has also rolled the cost of assessment tests and certification exams into the total price of both the Professional and Engineer training courses.
