St. George — The Utah District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration has selected Town & Country Bank as the most active third party 504 lender in the small lender category for 2012.
The bank will be recognized with an award in Salt Lake City during an event held on May 20 during the SBA’s annual small business week. The SBA 504 loan program is designed to provide financing for the purchase of fixed assets, typically owner-occupied real estate, buildings and machinery.
Town & Country Bank has assets of $75 million and has also received recognition for its approach to customer service and its proprietary Town Card, an ATM/debit card offering time of purchase discounts at hundreds of local businesses.
