• A former cabinet warehouse consisting of 47,973 square feet was recently sold.
• The 13,437-square-foot Quail Creek Industrial Center, located at 705 South 5300 West recently sold.
• 6,890 square feet of industrial space was recently leased in Ft. Pierce.
• ExtremeBeam, a retail supplier for high-powered tactical lighting supplies, recently leased a 5,858-square-foot space in Quail Creek Industrial Center, 705 S 5300 W, Suite 3 in Hurricane.
• Eaton Sales & Service, LLC, a company that services petroleum equipment, has leased a 5,384-square-foot industrial space located at 1472 S. Sandhill Drive, Washington.
• Stairways LLC, a custom staircase and trim company, recently leased a 4,972-square-foot space in Fort Pierce at 3884 South River Rd, Bldg D-2 in St. George.
• Espokes, a retailer & service center for battery-powered bicycles, has recently leased a 4,139-square-foot space at 476 E. Riverside Drive, Suite 1B in St. George.
• Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce represented the seller of 14.1 acres in Tropic.
• Ft. Pierce Lot 6, a 3.28-acre lot, was recently sold by Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce.
• Blue Cactus Development recently purchased 3.9 acres in Ivins.
